Day 1

Morning departure from Traditions of Longwood. During our morning travel we will have rest stops. Today enjoy luncheon at the famous Lemont’s. Pittsburgh's only Five-Star Diamond Award Winning Restaurant. Fine Dining with a spectacular view of Downtown Pittsburgh from atop Mt. Washington. After the luncheon visit the Duquesne Incline. A Pittsburgh Tradition since 1877, enjoy a pictorial history of Pittsburgh's industry, inclines, sports venues, and natural disasters, a visit to the machine room to observe the original hoisting equipment from 1877 in operation and a panoramic view of Downtown Pittsburgh from the observation deck 400 feet above the three rivers. Now time to relax as we continue on our journey to Toledo, Ohio. Dinner stop on own en route to the hotel. (L)


Day 2

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, before departing to Mackinac Island. There will be a rest/ lunch stop en route to the Mackinac. Upon arrival in Mackinaw City we will board the Ferry to transport us to the Mackinac Island –Where time stands still. All transportation is via horse-drawn carriages or bicycles. Enjoy time to explore the downtown area before we will take the carriages to The Mission Point Resort, for check-in. Located on the shores of Mackinac Island, genuine hospitality and simple comfort reign supreme. Located on the island’s sunrise side, Mission Point spans 18 acres of waterfront property on Lake Huron, creating an unparalleled setting for guests to savor life’s simple pleasures. Day 3

Enjoy breakfast at the Resort. Today enjoy a 90-minute horse-drawn Mackinac Island Carriage tour, up to Surrey Hill, through the State Park and to the scenic view at Arch Rock and end at the Grand Hotel for their famous Luncheon Buffet. After lunch, take time to relax on the Grand’s 660-foot-long porch and stroll that hotel’s flower gardens. This afternoon we’ll visit Fort Mackinac, restored to its 1880s glory, Fort Mackinac has fourteen original buildings featuring diverse exhibits on such topics as the history of medical care and life of the Victorian solider. After the Fort Visit you may take a stroll down the hill into downtown or return to the resort to enjoy free time to explore the charm of the island. The evening is yours to do as you please. (B, L)

Day 4

Enjoy breakfast at the Resort. What a better way to relax than doing as you please on this amazing Island retreat. A day to do as you please and enjoy the Island life. A list of activities and also optional tours will be provided if you would like assistance planning your day from bicycle rentals, horseback riding, spa treatments, gardens tours and the list goes on. It is your day to create your magical experience. (B)


Day 5

Enjoy breakfast at the resort. Pack your bags and have them ready to be transported to the ferry. Enjoy the quaint ‘downtown’ of Mackinac Island for any last minute gifts before we depart on the afternoon 12PM Ferry for the return to the mainland. Enjoy some free time to grab a bite to eat in Mackinaw City for lunch before departing. During our travel back to Ohio, there will be an included dinner stop en route to our hotel. Check into your Sandusky area hotel for the night. (B, D)

Day 6

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing for Cleveland. Upon arrival in Cleveland enjoy admission to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame - Tour the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - Like the music we celebrate, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is alive with the energy, passion and spirit of music…Get READY TO ROCK in this 150,000 square-foot museum featuring seven floors, five theaters for films, and ever-changing exhibits. Guests will see the largest Elvis collection…. outside of Graceland. Experience the largest Beatles collection, anywhere, view many pieces of Michael Jackson’s stage wardrobe, including his sequined glove display. Guests can listen to hundreds of tunes from the 1920’s to the 2000’s …Songs that Shaped Rock and Roll. Lunch is included today at Music Box – Rock on the River Lunch. Throughout lunch guests will enjoy a wide selection of OLDIES MUSIC from Late 50’s to the Best of the 60’s. After lunch depart for home with memories of an ultra fabulous vacation. Approximate arrival back at Longwood 9:30 PM. (B, L)
