Chrissie & Brent Kelly
President & Vice President
Chrissie is the heart and soul of Lowee’s Group Tours! She started as an employee of the company in 1987. She has broad knowledge of every aspect of group travel. Her tireless commitment and professionalism are evident in everything she does. In 1999, Chrissie and Brent purchased the company from the previous owner and changed the name from Lowee's Group Sales to Lowee's Group Tours, LLC. This is when Brent joined the company, bringing along his engineering and sales & marketing background. He also operates our sister company, Innovative Coach, LLC which is a Harrisburg based charter bus company. Chrissie and Brent’s vision in 1999, which continues today, was to keep the roots of a small family business with a personal touch. Our goal at Lowee’s Group Tours & Innovative Coach is to provide quality experiences to all of our travelers!
Tiffany Kratzer
Director of Tour Operations
Tiffany oversees the planning of all of the memorable travel experiences offered to our guests. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida, and with more than 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, she brings a combination of creativity, organization, industry knowledge, and a true passion for travel to every aspect of her work. From researching new destinations and developing exciting itineraries to selecting hotels, attractions, and restaurants, Tiffany is involved in bringing each tour together from the initial idea through its final departure. When she is not busy planning the next adventure for Lowee’s Group Tours, Tiffany is usually off exploring somewhere new herself. Her personal love of travel and passion for discovering new destinations continue to inspire the experiences she creates for others. Whether she is researching a new destination or putting the finishing touches on an upcoming tour, Tiffany is always looking ahead to the next adventure!
Kathy Meas
Receptionist
Kathy is the friendly voice that greets our guests each day as our receptionist. Known for her warm, bubbly personality, she truly enjoys connecting with customers and helping make every experience a positive one from the very first interaction. When guests call to book new tours, Kathy is often the welcoming voice they hear on the phone, happily assisting them as they begin planning their next adventure. Her cheerful attitude and passion for customer service make her an important part of our team.
