Adirondack Balloon Festival

Fri, Sept. 19

7:30 AM Depart Mechanicsburg

8:00 AM Depart Harrisburg

Lunch will be included along the way. Check in to the hotel for your 2 night stay before departing for the Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport where there will be a craft fair, 50+ vendors, kids activities and food vendors. Tonight, experience up to 70 balloons, including special shapes, take flight! Dinner will be on your own this evening at one of the many food vendors. Return to the hotel for a good night's sleep and prepare for tomorrow's day full of fun!

Sat, Sept. 20

The coach will be shuttling guests back and forth from the hotel to the airport grounds multiple times today. Activities are as follows (times subject to change):

5:00 AM Food vendors, craft fair with 50+ vendors, kids activities, including bounce houses, crafts and games, musical performances throughout the day
6:30-7:30 AM Saturday Morning Flight of up to 80 balloons, including special shapes
5:00-6:00 PM Flight of up to 50 Balloons, including special shapes. Other balloons stay for moonglow
7:45 PM "LIGHTING UP THE NIGHT"

Sun, Sept. 21

Morning shuttle to the airport, checking out of hotel around 10am. Activities are as follows (times subject to change):

5:00 AM Food vendors, craft fair with 50+ vendors, kids activities, including bounce houses and more
6:30 AM Mass Ascension - flight of up to 80 balloons including special shapes
10:00 AM Gates Close

Depart for home with an included lunch stop.

Returns to the area around 3pm.
