During that time, George Washington resigned as commander-in-chief of the Continental Army and the Treaty of Paris was ratified, marking the official end of the Revolutionary War. Afterwards, enjoy lunch at the historic Maryland Inn, also founded in 1772! Finally relax aboard the classic Harbor Queen for a narrated cruise of the Annapolis Harbor. Hear the history of the Naval Academy, Annapolis role as a historic seaport, the regions waterways, and catch a glimpse of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge before heading home.
