6:00 AM Depart Sam's Club, Mechanicsburg
6:30 AM Depart At Home Store, Jonestown Rd Harrisburg
8:45 AM Arrive at Andalusia Historic House & Gardens for a guided House tour and time to explore the gardens 'on your own'
With its soaring white columns and superbly crafted interiors, the mansion at Andalusia is one of the finest examples of Greek Revival architecture in the United States. Visiting this National Historic Landmark is a journey back in time, an invitation to see firsthand the traditions and tastes of the generations of Biddle family. Andalusia’s gardens date back more than 200 years. The first was created in the late 18th century by John Craig. Craig was an avid plantsman, as evidenced by his copy of the 1791 book, Every Man His Own Gardener; on its back page, he listed the many varieties of flowers he planted on the property.

2:30 PM Enjoy a guided Garden Highlights tour of Morris Arboretum & Gardens featuring plants, sculptures and ideas collected from around the world. Includes visits to the Fernery, Rose Garden and Log Cabin. Time to explore afterwards ’on your own’.
