The Dickens Festival traditionally includes craft and food vendors dressed in Victorian garb to present many unique gift-giving options which include hand-crafted Christmas ornaments, wooden toys, jewelry, quilted items and homemade treats. End the day with a Dickens dinner buffet at the Penn Wells Hotel.
