Today you will travel to Longwood Gardens for the Chrysanthemum Festival. In October, Longwood Gardens transforms into a spectacular autumn landscape. The Flower Garden Walk, Hillside Garden, Meadow Garden, and Ornamental Kitchen Garden showcase golden blooms and seasonal colors, creating a rich tapestry of fall hues. Visitors can stroll beneath ginkgo trees and other colorful foliage, enjoying shades of burgundy, gold, and purple throughout the grounds. The Cascade Garden, designed by Roberto Burle Marx, is also a notable highlight during this season. Next we are off to visit Grey Tower Castle for a special tour. Grey Towers Castle is designed in a highly eclectic yet elegant fashion, taking inspiration from a variety of styles, periods, and buildings. The house is built of grey stone quarried at nearby Chestnut Hill, and Indiana limestone is used for exterior door and window trim, and other elements, such as the various gargoyles. Check into our New Hope hotel for two nights, freshen up before dinner. Dinner is included this evening.

After breakfast at the hotel depart for Grounds for Sculpture. Enjoy time to explore at your own pace. Lunch on your own at the gardens. Next visit Discover the magnificent BAPS Hindu Temple, one of the most breathtaking Hindu temples in North America. Enjoy a guided tour of the temple's exquisite interior and beautifully landscaped grounds while learning about its architecture, craftsmanship, and cultural significance. Dinner included this evening.

After breakfast at the hotel depart for the beautiful town of Jim Thorpe. Spend the day exploring the picturesque Victorian town of Jim Thorpe, often called the "Switzerland of America." Nestled in the scenic Pocono Mountains, this charming destination is rich in history and natural beauty. Enjoy a relaxing train excursion through the stunning Lehigh Gorge, take a guided trolley tour to learn about the town's fascinating past, visit the historic Asa Packer Museum, and enjoy free time to browse unique shops, galleries, and cafés or simply stroll the charming downtown streets at your own pace. Check into the Split Rock resort for a relaxing evening in the mountains. Dinner included this evening.

Step into America's industrial past with a guided tour of the Bethlehem Steel Stacks and museum, where you'll learn about the rise of one of the nation's most important steel producers and its lasting impact on American industry. Explore transportation history at the America on Wheels Museum, featuring fascinating exhibits of antique automobiles, trucks, bicycles, and other vehicles that helped shape our nation's transportation heritage. Luncheon included today. Complete your adventure with a visit to Herbein's Garden Center, where you'll enjoy a fun and creative hands-on workshop while exploring beautiful seasonal displays, plants, and garden inspirations.
