10:00 AM Arrive at Winterthur - Admission includes: a self-guided tour of elegantly furnished rooms in which Henry Francis du Pont entertained his family and friends in grand style; a narrated tram tour through the 60-acre garden and its succession of show-stopping blooms; the Campbell Collection of Soup Tureens; exhibitions; and access to Winterthur’s world-class research library. Boxed lunch will be provided here.
1:00 PM Depart for Longwood Gardens
1:30 PM Arrive at Longwood Gardens - Experience the magic of A Longwood Christmas. From a sprawling new West Conservatory to imaginative new outdoor landscapes, decked out for the holidays, revel in hundreds of thousands of lights, marvel at astonishing feats of horticulture, ingenuity, and creativity and delight in beauty at every turn. Dinner can be purchased here on your own.
